Rough Hollow Bike Skills Park
The LTTC is creating a bike skills park in Rough Hollow. The park will be a central place for young and beginning riders to develop bike skills and an outdoor gathering place for community members.
Key elements include:
Easy access from the Baldovino trailhead
A central staging area with beginner and intermediate flow lines
A dedicated skills zone with progressive balance features
The park will also provide progressive challenges for intermediate riders to enjoy and to further develop bike skills.
Canyonlands Sign Update
We have heard from trail users that the signs within the Canyonlands are due for an update. Specifically, the feedback received is that people are not sure of the exit points. The LTTC, working with the Lakeway Parks and Recreation Department and other trail users we are in the process of updating six signs with more accurate directions, a description of the trail ahead, and information on the closest exits.
This is the first round of sign updates and we look forward to continuing to update all signs within the Canyonlands trail network.
